How to make paneer pyaz paratha
Step-1
Take 40 gm of wheat flour add salt to it and knead it
Step-2
In a bowl take 50 gm of paneer,add finely chopped 20 gm onion to it ,add salt to it and mix it well
Step-3
Make two ball of the dough,take one ball roll it and keep it aside,now take another ball roll it spread the paneer mixture on it and place the other rolled roti on it and lock sides properly and again roll it
Step-4
Place it on tawa,apply 5 ml ghee on both the sides,let it cook till golden brown from both the side
