How to make paneer pyaaz prantha
Step-1
Grind soya chunks & add pinch of salt & knead a dough
Step-2
Finely chop onion,mash paneer add salt,Garam masala,jeera and mix well -STUFFING
Step-3
Roll two rotis out of the dough
Step-4
Spread stuffing on 1 roti and place other roti over it
Step-5
Press gently and seal the sides
Step-6
Shallow fry on hot tawa till golden brown and it’s done ✅
