Ingredients for Paneer potato Egg scrambled
- › Paneer-40 gms
- › Eggs-2
- › Potato-100 gms
Method
1. 1.Boil potatoes and then cut into the size you desire to have
2. 2.Heat a non stick pan and crack the eggs and scramble it into small pieces
3. 3. Once eggs are done add paneer (cut into small cubes)and boiled potatoes and sauté further for two minutes
4. 4.season it with salt ,mixed herbs and cheese (as per your likings) and enjoy the fast and easy breakfast
