Ingredients for Paneer Peas gravy
- › Paneer 50 gm
- › Onion 30 gm
- › Tomato 30 gm
- › Oil 5 ml
- › Green Peas 30 gm
- › Capsicum 30 gm
- › 4 cloves of Garlic,1 chilley
- › Salt,Curry powder
Method
1. Cut Onion,tomato,chilley and put them in a mixer to make a smooth paste
2. Heat oil in pan and put finely chopped garlic,Chilley and wait till they turn slightly brown
3. Put the paste in pan and wait till the oil get separated
4. Put green peas,Capsicum and Paneer
5. Add Curry powder and salt.Mix well
6. Cook well for 10 min
7. Add finely chopped coriander leaves and Serve hot
