Ingredients for Paneer patty burger 🍔
- › Burger bun
- › 70 grams paneer
- › 40 grams potato
- › 1 cheese slice
- › 10 grams cheese spread
- › 15 grams tomato ketchup
- › Veggies of your choice (onion,tomato,lettuce,bell peppers etc. )
- › Chaat masala
- › Salt and pepper
- › Peri peri powder.
1. Mash paneer, potato, some finely chopped or grated veggies of your choice , Chaat masala , salt and pepper. And make patty of this dough.
2. Now cut the burger bun in two haves apply cheese spread on one side and some ketch up on other side.
3. Now place the patty with one cheese slice and cut onion, tomato and lettuce(optionl) between the burger bun. Also add some peri peri powder.
4. Heat from both sides on a pan and enjoy.
