How to make Paneer Pataka
take 60 grm paneer and cut rectangle shape piece which we lightly toast on pan with lil ghee n sprinkle salt. keep it aside
take 40 grm paneer mash smoothly seasoned with pinch of black pepper and salt it's filling for capsicum ring. o the same pan lightly toast it from both the sides and keep aside
for gravy heat remaining ghee on the same pan add spices above mentioned included flax seeds after cracking sound add onions after a minute and green peas cook till peas get softed add tomato cook for few minutes now it's time to add remaining mashed paneer that is 25 grm . mix it well u can add chopped fresh coriander leaves also.
our all elements are ready and time for platting place the gravy first and then capsicum ring put pomegranate seeds and fresh ajwain leaves. place rectangle paneer pieces and boiled soya chunks with curd. take cheese slice n a piece of paneer and roasted papad for completing the dish.
