Paneer paratha and salad
- Paneer- 100 gm
- Butter- 10 gm
- Wheat flour- 50 gm
- Veggies- 100 gm
Combine wheat flour, crumbled paneer, chillies, cumin powder, salt, black pepper, garlic and ginger and prepare a dough.
It will be difficult to roll but it can be done, so roll it out and cook it with butter on both sides.
Finely chop thr veggies and season with salt to serve.
