How to make Paneer paratha

Step-1

knead wheat flour into a soft dough and keep aside

Step-2

crumble paneer and add spices and onion to it

Step-3

roll the prepared dough into a ball and stuff with the paneer filling

Step-4

roll again

Step-5

lightly cook each side in a skillet

Step-6

add ghee on each side

Step-7

serve hot
