- Paneer - 50 Grams
- Onion - 25 Grams
- Wheat Flour - 40 Grams
- Spices - Red Chilli Powder, Salt
- Ghee - 5 Grams
Crumble the paneer and add spices and chopped onion in it.
In wheat flour, add little bit of salt and knead it with water.
Roll the dough and add the paneer stuffing.
Roll it again and cook it on tava using ghee.
Enjoy the Paratha with curd or chutney 😋
Note - This will yield 2 Parathas.
