- Wheat Flour 40 gms, Paneer 50gms
- Ghee 5gm, Ajwain seeds a pinch
- Salt to taste
Knead Wheat flour and keep aside.
Crumble Paneer and add Salt and Ajwain seeds.
Roll out kneaded flour, stuff with the Paneer filling , roll till required size, Roast on a heated griddle using the ghee to grease it slightly on both sides while roasting.
