How to make paneer palak sarso saag
Step-1
boil cleaned and roughly chopped spinach and sarso along with few garlic pods, ginger and green chilli for 3-4 whistles in cooker
Step-2
strain spinach and sarso , keep the remaining water for gravy , let the mixture cool a bit , and then make its puree in food processor.
Step-3
in a wok, add ghee , few remaining chopped garlic pods, dry red chillies, ajwaein, cumin and hing powder .
Step-4
fry it for 1 min, then add finely chopped tomato and onion . saute it , then add kasoori methi, and all dry spices along with salt, cover it and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step-5
then add spinach sarso puree , and adjust the consistency with remaining water . u can add more water if u like.
Step-6
then add paneer cubes , mix well
Step-7
cover the wok , and let it cook for another 5-8 minutes on low flame
Step-8
paneer palak sarso saag is ready to serve
