100 gm cottage cheese ( paneer )
200 gm spinach & methi leaves
1 small onion , 1 small tomato , 1 green chilli
few cumin seeds , garam masala , turmeric powder , red chilli powder , salt , chana masala , 2 teaspoon kasoori methi
5 gm ghee / olive oil
Direction
Step-1
In a pan , heat ghee , and put cumin seeds to crackle.
Step-2
add chopped onion and green chilli, saute it untill it becomes golden brown .
Step-3
add all dry spices and finely chopped spinach and methi leaves and saute for 3-4 mins .
Step-4
add chopped tomato ,& after a minute add crumbles paneer , stir it well.
Step-5
cover it for 2 -3 mins on low heat
Step-6
paneer palak methi bhurji is ready. serve hot .
