Direction
Step-1
In a blender grind palak and almonds and make a paste. Keep it aside
Step-2
Take a kadhai heat it then add butter. Once butter melts add ginger and garlic paste and sauté for couple of minutes. Now add the palak paste and cook till it starts boiling. Now add the masalas, salt, pepper and lemon juice and cook till the gravy becomes thick.
Step-3
Take paneer wrap it in kitchen towel to take out excess water. You can either cut into cubes or mash it with hand add salt and pepper and give any shape you like.

Take a plate pour the palak gravy, put paneer and garnish with cream...
