How to make Paneer Oats Cutlet

Step-1

Dry 50 gms of Oats with 3-4 tbl spoons of hot water and mix it well, keep them aside

Step-2

Shred the paneer of 100 gms

Step-3

Finley chop the spinach, cilantro, curry leaf, mint leaf, Onions (optional), chilies and any other veggies of ur choice

Step-4

Now add all of them together and 6-8 gms of coconut oil, salt, and u can add little amount of water if needed to make them as a dough and then take a small amount of portions from it and press gently with ur arms (slightly wet ur arms if required, that avoids the dough from sticking to ur hands) in shape of cutlets as shown in above pic.

Step-5

Finally, heat the pan to medium temperature add/spray just 5-6 gms oil again and then heat them for 4-5 mins on each side... U r good to go now 🙃
