Ingredients for Paneer Masala Rice
- › Rice - 50 gms
- › Paneer - 50 gms
- › Ghee - 5 ml
Method
1. Take already boiled Rice or boil it and keep it for some time
2. heat the pan- put ghee - add jeera
3. Add rice add masala - chilli, salt and haldi
4. add paneer
5. Saute it for a while
6. Serve hot. Add lemon on top it
