Ingredients for Paneer masala oats
- › 150g paneer
- › 50g raw oats
- › Tablespoon ghee
- › Jeera (optional)
- › Salt, chaat masala and spices (optional)
- › Two cup water
Method
1. Heat a pan for a min
2. Add one tablespoon ghee
3. Add jeera if u like and wait until jeera starts to pop
4. Cut paneer in small pieces and put it in the pan
5. Roast paneer for a cpl of mins
6. Add 50g raw oats
7. Mix it well and add two cup water
8. Add salt, chaat masala, aam choor as per taste
9. Mix it all well
10. Keep stirring on low flame for a couple of minutes until it's thick enough
11. Server hot with Italian seasoning
12. U can also add cheese on top if macros permit :)
