How to make Paneer masala oats
Step-1
Heat a pan for a min
Step-2
Add one tablespoon ghee
Step-3
Add jeera if u like and wait until jeera starts to pop
Step-4
Cut paneer in small pieces and put it in the pan
Step-5
Roast paneer for a cpl of mins
Step-6
Add 50g raw oats
Step-7
Mix it well and add two cup water
Step-8
Add salt, chaat masala, aam choor as per taste
Step-9
Mix it all well
Step-10
Keep stirring on low flame for a couple of minutes until it's thick enough
Step-11
Server hot with Italian seasoning

U can also add cheese on top if macros permit :)
