Ingredients for Paneer Masala and Jeera Rice
- › Rice 40 gms
- › Paneer 80 gms
- › Ghee 3 gms
- › Onion
- › Capsicum
Method
1. Wash the rice twice and cook in an open vessel with some salt and cumin seeds
2. Dice the Paneer, onion and capsicum
3. Add ghee in the pan, put some ginger garlic and then onions and capsicum. Put salt and spices
4. Add some water and then add paneer
5. Cover with lid and cook for 5 mins
