How to make Paneer Masala and Jeera Rice
Step-1
Wash the rice twice and cook in an open vessel with some salt and cumin seeds
Step-2
Dice the Paneer, onion and capsicum
Step-3
Add ghee in the pan, put some ginger garlic and then onions and capsicum. Put salt and spices
Step-4
Add some water and then add paneer
Step-5
Cover with lid and cook for 5 mins
