How to make Paneer Makhni
Step-1
Boil tomato with whole spices and very little water for 10 mins and make a puree after removing bay leaf and cinnamon.
Step-2
Heat ghee, add turmeric, puree, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt. Cook until ghee separates. Add paneer and cook for 2-3 mins. Add milk and same amount of boiled water cook till gravy become sligtly thick. Crush karuri methi and add on top.
Believe me it is Creamy and yumm..
