- Paneer 100 gm
- Tomato 50 gm
- Milk 25 Gram
- Spices - 1 bay leaf, 1 clove, 2-3 peppercorn, 1 inch cinnamon stick, red chilli, turmeric, salt, cumin, kasuri methi, coriander powder
- Ghee 5 gm
Boil tomato with whole spices and very little water for 10 mins and make a puree after removing bay leaf and cinnamon.
Heat ghee, add turmeric, puree, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt. Cook until ghee separates. Add paneer and cook for 2-3 mins. Add milk and same amount of boiled water cook till gravy become sligtly thick. Crush karuri methi and add on top. Believe me it is Creamy and yumm..
