How to make Paneer Makhani

Step-1

1. Grind tomatoes, cashew, gingerchilli paste together to make a fine puree. 2. In a cooker, add oil, cuminseeds, all spices, kasuri methi for flavour, salt, and tomato puree paste. Now saute for 5 6 min. 3. Add paneer cubes, veggies and mix well, now whistle the cooker upto 3/4. 4. Serve it with Steamed Rice.
