Ingredients for paneer kheer
- › Paneer 75 gm
- › Milk 200 ml
- › Some kesar and cardamom ( dry fruits can be added as per your macros)
Method
1. I have taken home made paneer 75 gm . Take 200 ml milk , add a bit of water like 2-3 tablespoon and bring it to boil . Add few strands of kesar and crushed cardamom . Add crushed paneer and stir it for 5 min so that the milk thickens a bit and then once cooled add stevia as per taste . Let it chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight and have the most delicious breakfast
