How to make Paneer Junglee Sandwich
Step-1
Add oil in the frying pan, add dry red chilli and whole cumin in the hot oil
Step-2
Add Onion and capsicum and saute for 2-3 minutes till the onion is soft and translucent.
Step-3
Add tomato, chilli as required and dry masala (turmeric, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder) and mix well
Step-4
Once the masala is mixed and ready add grated paneer and mix with the masala; saute this mixure for 5 minutes and the paneer is ready
Step-5
Tost the bread on tawa and add cheese slice on the bread. Place the paneer mixture on the bread and the sandwich is ready!
