Step-1
Heat 5 ml ghee,add jeera,once jeera splutters,add onion let it cook
Step-2
When onion is cooked add tomato and cook for 2 mins thereafter add salt ,turmeric powder,dhani a powder, paneer masala and cook for minute
Step-3
Now add finely chopped capsicum and mix it well with masala and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes
Step-4
Once capsicum is done add peices of paneer and mix it and cook for 2 mins,switch off the flame
Step-5
Paneer jalfrezi can be eaten with roti or paratha
