Step-1

Mix sooji and curd with water and set aside for 20 mins. Add tadka to batter with kadi patta and rye. Add 1/4 teaspoon eno and mix. Put the batter in idli stand and microwave for 5 mins. Paneer idlis are now ready!!!!!
