Paneer Fritters (With Air Fryer)

Step-1
1. Shred paneer (170 gms) finely, grind cabbage in mixer, chop cauliflower, onion (25 gms) and capsicum to fine pieces now mix all the above and add green chili paste to it
Step-2
2. To the above add isabgol (for binding) of 3-4 gms, ghee (10 gms) and salt to your taste. Now sprinkle little amount of hot water to the entire mixture and knead them well with your hands
Step-3
3. Now make the entire mixture to the shape of balls (like Manchuria) and keep them in air fryer at 300 deg centirgrade for 10 mins, then flip them and keep 10 more mins
