Direction

Step-1

■ Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make small balls out of it.

Step-2

■ Take a non stick tawa and spread the balls on the tawa.

Step-3

■ Let it cook till both the sides are brown

Step-4

N.B: You can use Potato instead of husk for binding. I wanted to keep the carb content low so used husk.

wow ! it's surprising that the balls have such a uniform color , looking more like deep fried. because when I have tried to cook the paneer balls on my non stick pan I could not evenly get it cooked like mentioned in the recipe - cook on both sides. I could not get the paneer balls cook evenly in both sides like in your photo.
