How to make Paneer Fried Rice

Step-1

Add ghee and finely chopped garlic and onion to a pan and cook on high flame for 5 mins

Step-2

Add Green peas,salt and maggi masala

Step-3

Add rice and cook for 5 mins

Step-4

For Paneer Add ghee/oil to a pan and make it crisp from both sides

Step-5

Garnish with Corainder
