Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listRice - 40 Gms uncooked
  • Recipe Ingredients listPaneer - 100 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listGhee - 5 ml
  • Recipe Ingredients listSoy sauce - 10 ml
  • Recipe Ingredients listChilli sauce - 10 ml
  • Recipe Ingredients listChopped garlic, salt, black pepper - to taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listBeans, carrots, spring onion - 50 gms

Direction

Step-1

Saute chopped garlic, onion in 5 ml ghee

Step-2

Add beans, carrots with some salt and black pepper. Cook till they’re soft.

Step-3

Add soya sauce and chilli sauce

Step-4

Pan fry cubed paneer in a separate non stick pan and add to the above ingredients.

Step-5

Add cooked rice and give it a good mix.

Step-6

Cook on a medium flame for 4-5 mins till the rice and paneer absorb the flavour.
