Paneer Fried Rice
- Rice - 40 Gms uncooked
- Paneer - 100 gms
- Ghee - 5 ml
- Soy sauce - 10 ml
- Chilli sauce - 10 ml
- Chopped garlic, salt, black pepper - to taste
- Beans, carrots, spring onion - 50 gms
Saute chopped garlic, onion in 5 ml ghee
Add beans, carrots with some salt and black pepper. Cook till they’re soft.
Add soya sauce and chilli sauce
Pan fry cubed paneer in a separate non stick pan and add to the above ingredients.
Add cooked rice and give it a good mix.
Cook on a medium flame for 4-5 mins till the rice and paneer absorb the flavour.
