Paneer fried rice
- Paneer 70 gm
- Red paprika 30 gm
- onion 40 gm
- green chilli 8 gm
- rice 50 gm
- ghee 4 gm
- salt, kitchen king, garam masala as per taste
saute paneer in 2 gm ghee till side starts turning brown
add paprika, green chilli and onion. add spices and saute for 5 more mins and cover it.
add boiled rice and mix it well.
cover for 10 mins
paneer fried rice is ready
have it with pickle if your macros allow
