  • Recipe Ingredients listpaneer 100 gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listcooked rice 100 gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listghee 5 gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listvegetables ( carrot, cabbage, peas,) together 100 gm

Direction

Step-1

Take any pan or kadahi, add 5 gm ghee or oil of your choice,

Step-2

add vegetables first peas then carrot then cucumber, don't add salt at this stage else vegetables will become soggy

Step-3

roast paneer on tawa without oil and cut it into small cubes and add it to your pan

Step-4

add boiled rice

Step-5

add black pepper, salt, little soya sauce at this point and keep pan in high flame, roast it for 3 to 4 minutes on high. flame
