- Wheat Flour 40gms Capsicum 1 Paneer 50gms Curd 100 ml
First take 2 whole wheat Chapathis and keep aside. In a kadai add 10ml of ghee and satue panner and capsicum. Sprinkle your favourite spices and toss them for 2 mins. Put the paneer and capsicum in the chapati and roll it tightly. I have added some shredded cabbage but it’s optional. Enjoy your Kathi Roll.
