Ingredients for Paneer egg and veggies
- › egg white 74 gm (1/3 cup)
- › brocolli 30 gm
- › Brussel sprouts ( mini cabbage) 30 gm
- › Asparagus 1 spear ( macros not counted )
- › paneer 100gm
Method
1. Bake veggies and paneer at 475 for 15 min. make egg white separately like scrambled egg. I have used spray use like next to negligible.
