Ingredients for Paneer, Egg & Channa burji
- › Panner 100gms
- › white eggs 3 pieces
- › channa 50 gms
- › ghee 10 gms
- › Salt and other essential spices
Method
1. Measure and Boil Panner, eggs and Channa separately according to their cooking time
2. Add 10gms of ghee on the pan and add little mustards
3. Add paneer and roast in the pan
4. Cut egg whites into smaller pieces and add to the pan along with channa
5. Mix all of them with the spices like Salt, turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder and pepper
6. Put them on the plate and serve hot along with the veggies 😋
