How to make Paneer-e-transformation
Step-1
1. Heat ghee in a pan and add grated garlic
Step-2
2. Add grated onion and sauté till golden brown
Step-3
3. Add all spices and fry for a minute
Step-4
4. Add Grated tomato, grated ginger and chopped green chillies
Step-5
5. Fry till ghee separates from masala
Step-6
6. Add paneer cubes and top it up with milk and water
Step-7
7. Cover with lid and let it simmer for 5 minutes
Step-8
8. Remove the lid and garnish with lots of finely chopped coriander
