Paneer 100 gms vegetables 150 gms Sooji (rawa) 2-4 tsp Salt as per taste pepper kasturi methi dry chat masala
Direction
Step-1
1. Take paneer and grate it.
2. Mash vegetables and mix it well with grated paneer.
3. Add spices and sooji, kneed a dough.
4. Take small balls from the dough and shape them round.
5. Take a non stick pan.
6. Pan fry the cutlets from both sides.
7. Serve hot with saute veggies and green chutney or tomato chutney.
