How to make paneer curry
Step-1
1 . add 10gm ghee in non stick pan ...add roughly chopped onions , 2 cloves of garlic , roughly chopped tomato's .
2 fry until brown ...add kaju , little salt to taste and half cup water
3 . cool above mixture and grind in a mixture jar ..make a paste
4 . add 10gm of ghee in pan ...add above paste ... add spices like red chilli powder, salt ,,turmeric powder ...cook for 15 min
