Step-1

grind the paneer, sugar substitute, rose water , cardamom pods , dry fruits and saffron strands in a blender jar and blend smooth purée Now transfer in a bowl and add baking powder and of sooji. Add milk to bring it to cake batter consistency and leave for 10 -15 minutes, then stir again and bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. Top it with instant Rabri ( 1/2 litre of milk reduced to paste like consistency) Chop some dry fruits and saffron and garnish
