Ingredients for Paneer corn sandwich
- › 20g paneer
- › 20g sweet corn
- › 15g mayonnaise
- › lettuce
- › salt and pepper (I didn't add salt as the cheese slice already has salt in it. you can add if you want according to your taste)
- › 2 cheese slices
Method
1. For the sandwich filling In a bowl add the first 5 ingredients, and give it a good mix. You can eat it as salad only and skip the sandwich part if you want. Place a cheese slice on both the bread slices and microwave them for 30 sec. Place the filling on one bread slice on the melted cheese and cover it with the other bread slice. Tada, it is ready 🌸🌸
