paneer chilli roll
- 75 gms paneer cubes
- cauli flower florets
- capscicum pieces
- onion cubes
- slit green chilli 2 nos
- 1 cheese slice
- chings paneer chilli masala
- 30gms wheat flour
1.heat a pan add lilttle oil and heat the paneer cubes till they become golden brown
microwave all the veggies for 5 min at 110°c.
transfer all the veggies and paneer to a kadai and add half packet of chings paneer chilli masala.
add little water and salt and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
make a roti with 30gms flour
spread the paneer gravy on top of roti and grate the cheese slice and make a wrap
your paneer chilli wrap is ready to serve
we can also have the gravy without roti.
