Ingredients for Paneer chilli bhurji
- › Paneer 50gms
- › Onion 50gms
- › Tomato 50gms
- › Capsicum 100gms
- › Red chilli flakes
- › Ghee 5gm
- › Jeera
- › Curry leaf
- › Salt
1. Add jeera to ghee until it splutters.
2. Add the curry leaf and red chilli flakes.
3. Now fry the onion and tomato.
4. Introduce the paneer and mix well
5. Add capsicum and stir for another minute.
6. Sprinkle salt to taste and serve hot.
