- Moong chilka dal 30gms
- Rice 30gms (optional) it can be made without rice too
- Paneer 50gms
- Oil 5 gms
- Onion 30gms
- Garlic, ginger, green chilli, salt, chaat masala, eno (fruit salt)
- Oil 5gms
Soak moong dal and rice for 3 to 4hours
Grind dal and rice in mixer. Add finely chopped green chilli, ginger and garlic to it. Add salt and water. Make the dosa batter consistency.
Now heat a pan and some oil . Add eno to the batter and pour the batter on a pan like dosa. Add chopped onions to it. Once it is cooked grate paneer on the chilla and sprinkle some chaat masala.
Enjoy it with green chutney
