Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listMoong chilka dal 30gms

  • Recipe Ingredients listOnion 30gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listGarlic, ginger, green chilli, salt, chaat masala, eno (fruit salt)

Direction

Step-1

Soak moong dal and rice for 3 to 4hours

Step-2

Grind dal and rice in mixer. Add finely chopped green chilli, ginger and garlic to it. Add salt and water. Make the dosa batter consistency.

Step-3

Now heat a pan and some oil . Add eno to the batter and pour the batter on a pan like dosa. Add chopped onions to it. Once it is cooked grate paneer on the chilla and sprinkle some chaat masala.

Enjoy it with green chutney
