How to make paneer cheese samosa
Knead the soft dough using aata,soya flour,salt,ajwain,5 gm ghee with the help of normal water
While the dough is resting,in a pan take chopped garlic cloves,capsicum,scrumbled paneer,lil salt,red chilly,garam masala,dhaniya powder and mix well.Add a spoon water so that mixture doesn't stick to bottom of pan.Set aside to cool.
Now divide the dough in 3 equal parts ,make the ball and roll the balls like normal roti n keep aside
now cut the roti from the middle and shape them like cone applying water to edges as we make samosa and fill the filling of paneer in it,also put small cut cubes of cheese in it and close the edges with water..make samosa same way of all the rolled rotis
Apply some oil with brush on all samosas and put them in an airfryer for 20 minutes at 180degree..
for chutney mix mint leaves ,2 garlic cloves,one whole red chilly,lil salt,jeera powder and 25 gm curd mix in grinder add lil stevia for sweetener..chutney is ready
