How to make paneer cheese pulav


Take 40 gm rice and soak it for few mins


Now rinse the soaked rice and in a vessel add one glass of water and let it boil add pinch of salt in the water and add rice and let it cook for few mins ,once rice is cooked take it out and strain it so that excess water is removed


Now in a pan heat 5 ml of ghee add chopped onion to it and cook for few mins,add finely chopped capsicum and salt and now let it cook till capsicum becomes little soft...once onion and capsicum cooked ,add paneer peices, pinch of turmeric powder, chopped green chillies, pinch of garam masala And mix well now add cooked rice and mix it and let it cook for one min


Once pulav is cooked ,add shredded 25 cheese on it


paneer cheese pulav is ready, it can be eaten with raita
