Salt as per taste
Sweetener ( optional)
Lime juice 2 to 3 drops
Turmeric powder
Green chilli one
Mustard seed
Potato 50 gm
Direction
Step-1
Sprinkle water on poha and let it soak for 5 mins Heat ghee in pan add mustard seed and once it splutters ,add onion and let it cook
Step-2
Once onion is cooked add finely chopped potato and capsicum add salt and cover it and let it cook for 2 to 3 mins
Step-3
Once potato n capsicum is cooked add tomato,poha and mix it well now add turmeric powder ,green chillies and let it cook for 2 to 3 mins add sweetener (optional) s as bdy lime juice ,paneer pieces and cheese pieces and mix everything and let it cook at low flame for one min.poha is done
