Ingredients for Paneer Cheese Bhurji
- › 75 gms Paneer
- › 2 Slices Cheese
- › 1 Small Onion
- › 1 Small Tomato
- › 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- › Salt as per taste
- › Spices as per taste
- › 10 gms Ghee
Method
1. 1. On a hot pan pour 10 gms ghee
2. 2. Saute Onion and Tomato and then add salt, ginger garlic paste, Spices
3. 3. Add half a cup of water and cover the lip and let it simmer for 5 minutes
4. 4. Remove lid Grate paneer onto the simmering mixture
5. 5. Add Cheese slices on top of it
