How to make Paneer cheese bhurji

Step-1

Add 10 gms of ghee to the pan, add finely chopped onion(30 gms), tomato (30 gms), capsicum (30 gms)

Step-2

Now add spices to like ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, corriander powder, garam masala and other spices according to your taste

Step-3

Let them fry for few mins and add to water to that to make it a kind of gravy and again let it sit for few more minutes with lid on it

Step-4

Now add the shredded paneer (130 gms) and then fry it again for few mins

Step-5

In the final step add 40 gms of cheese, stir it well

Step-6

Eat it hot, because the cheese is going to make this dish texture harder as the time progress
