Step-1

marinate paneer with curd, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder and pepper powder.

Step-2

let it rest for 10 min

Step-3

heat a kadai, put oil then add some cumin and mustard seed, let it crackle

Step-4

add chopped onions and green chilli

Step-5

when onion become light brown add tomato and cook for 1 min

Step-6

add 1 spoon ginger garlic paste mix it until raw smell will go

Step-7

add capsicum, corn and peas to it cook for 3 min in low flame

Step-8

add marinated paneer and mix it well

Step-9

let it cook for another 5 min then garnish with some coriander leaves
