Ingredients for Paneer carrot halwa
- › Carrot - 100 grm
- › Paneer - 70 grm
- › Ghee - 6 grm
- › Almond - 10 grm
- › Elachi pod - 3
Method
1. Pour ghee in hot pan along with crushed paneer and elachi
2. Once paneer releases it's fat put in grated carrot and mix everything together . Keep the lid on pan and stir every 5 mins
3. Once carrot is soft , start mashing everything together with spachula to get smooth texture .Add stevia and almond and mix together .Remove pan from gas and you have your halwa
