Paneer - 70 grm
Ghee - 6 grm

Step-1
Pour ghee in hot pan along with crushed paneer and elachi
Step-2
Once paneer releases it's fat put in grated carrot and mix everything together . Keep the lid on pan and stir every 5 mins
Step-3
Once carrot is soft , start mashing everything together with spachula to get smooth texture .Add stevia and almond and mix together .Remove pan from gas and you have your halwa
